Since its founding in 1775, every single piece of china from Royal Copenhagen has borne the now world-famous logo with its three waves. They symbolize the Danish straits of Great Belt, Little Belt and the Sound. With its timelessly classic blue and white porcelain the company cultivates its traditions and the highest standards of Danish craftsmanship — to this very day, all pieces are handmade and handpainted.
